WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
If you have planned your perfect wedding but require professional support in the final weeks and on-the-day support to ensure everything goes to plan on the day, this service is for you. Also known as ‘On The Day Coordination’, we would meet 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding to review your plans, help pull final bits together, and offer advice as needed. We’ll conduct a venue visit, put together your wedding day schedule and manage the entire day. With YSE overseeing your day, you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding, knowing you are in safe hands. This option is especially recommended for dry-hire venues or a marquee wedding you have organised yourself.
ON YOUR WEDDING DAY, WE WILL
Set up any styling elements, be the key point of contact for your suppliers, manage entertainment, assist guests, and bring the essential on-the-day emergency wedding kit: a sewing kit, tissues, personal care items, etc. We will coordinate the day's events, including the ceremony, reception, speeches, cake cutting and first dance. With us managing your wedding, you can do the most important job of all: celebrating with loved ones.
