FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING
With our full planning experience, we will be with you every step of the way, from searching for your perfect wedding venue to the final dance of the night. Working in partnership with you, we’ll guide you with professional advice and support while organising the majority of wedding tasks. This can include full weekend wedding events such as welcome parties and farewell post-wedding day events.
This is for you if you are a busy bride or groom-to-be, overwhelmed by the prospect of planning your entire celebration or perhaps based overseas and searching for a trusted confidant to walk you through the whole process.
OUR ROLE DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS

Finding and viewing your wedding venue, location or marquee structure.

Designing a bespoke wedding styling and design proposal, including a mood board and visuals to help you see how your vision will come to life.

In-depth wedding budget breakdown and financial planning.

Creating a personalised planning schedule and checklist.

Sourcing and hand-picking reliable, trustworthy suppliers and management of these suppliers. This will include a florist, caterer, wedding cake, videographer, photographer, stationery, furniture, technical, transport, entertainment, decor and signage.

Arranging hair, make-up and bridal styling appointments if needed.

Guestlists, RSVP management and creating/managing wedding websites if required.

Collating local information for guests, for example, accommodation, travel guides or 'things to do' if they are from out of town

Layout of floor plans.

Arranging bridal or guest transportation and accommodation, if required.

Arranging and attending site visits, meetings, and menu tastings.

Liaising with all suppliers regarding logistics and planning.

Creating all on-the-day wedding admin, wedding-day timelines and schedules.

On-the-day management from set up to the end of the day to ensure smooth running. This includes managing suppliers, coordinating wedding day events, and packing down.

Plan and manage other weekend events, such as welcome parties and farewell events.
