Hello!
I’m Mel, Planner and Designer behind Your Story Events specialising in bespoke weddings and events. My experience, skills and utmost attention to detail will leave you feeling stress-free and excited for your celebration. You will have a thoughtful, beautiful design that will reflect you and your personality, the day will flow seamlessly as you and your guests have the best time!
I am based in Buckinghamshire, but love planning and creating stunning weddings and celebrations in London, the Cotswolds and all over the UK.
With me, you will not only have the most amazing day, but have lots of fun during the planning process. You will be in safe hands as we work together to create a bespoke wedding design that is personal and unique to you. With my passion for beautiful events, creativity and organisation; I will ensure no detail is overlooked and you will have a special day that tells your story.

Design
An initial consultation, will help us get to know each other and map out what’s important to you; this is the moment you will really start getting excited about your day! Tell me your loves, tastes, style and your vision for your day. This will allow me to create a thoughtful, bespoke design that truly fits your personality and your unique story.
Planning
You will experience an easy and enjoyable planning process as I take all the stress of organising away. I will be your friend and confidant throughout. With 10 years planning experience and a love for organisation you will be in safe hands as I guide you through each element step by step.
Your Day
You will be happy and relaxed when your day arrives and feel confident everything will run seamlessly. Your day will live up to and exceed your vision. As your planner, I will run and oversee the day as you focus on enjoying the moment, sipping Champagne, creating memories and celebrating the next chapter in your story.
